TEX-MEX FIESTA OF SWEETS 
1 pkg. sm. tacos
1 (10 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate (do not use chips)
Fresh strawberries (to simulate tomatoes)
Fresh flaked coconut (to simulate lettuce)
Green food coloring (for coconut)
Fresh blueberries (to simulate meat)
Sour cream or whipped cream
2 oranges to make zest strips (to simulate grated cheese)

Melt chocolate in flat pan over hot water or in microwave. Dip shells in chocolate. May double coat. Cool to set. Fill with blueberries, strawberries, top with coconut, cream and long strand of orange zest.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
