TEX - MEX DIP 
1 can refried beans or 2 cans Frito Lay bean dip
3 med. avocados, mashed with
2 tbsp. lemon juice, salt, pepper & garlic salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Green onions, chopped
Black olives, sliced
Fresh tomatoes, chopped

Layer 1: Beans.

Layer 2: Avocados.

Layer 3: Mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning.

Spread and layer above ingredients into large pie plate or quiche dish. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, sliced black olives and chopped fresh tomatoes. (You may add a layer of ground beef, cooked and drain, in between layers 2 and 3.) Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
