CHEESY CHILI PIE 
2/3 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/4 c. Quaker Masa Harina

CHILI FILLING:

1 (15 oz.) can chili
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. ripe olives
1 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese

Combine crust ingredients in a 9 inch pie plate; mix well. Press dough evenly onto bottom and sides of pie plate.

Combine all filling ingredients except cheese. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with olives.
