APPLE PIE WITH CHEESE TOPPING 
Unbaked pie shell
1 (#2) can Lucky Leaf unsweetened apples
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix all dry ingredients and stir into the apples. Pour into the pie shell and make the following topping: 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Blend to form crumbly mixture and cover the top of the apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done. Place on a cookie sheet to bake.
