GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. water, approximately
1 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 lb. hamburger
4 oz. or 1 c. cheese, grated
2 tbsp. milk

Bring water and salt to a boil; drop in macaroni. Let come back to a boil, stir once and lower heat to medium. Cook 12-15 minutes until tender; drain. Brown hamburger, salt and pepper to taste, and drain grease off. Grate cheese.

In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer the meat, macaroni, and cheese. Pour milk over top. Add 1 tablespoon onion if desired. Cook at 350-375 degrees until cheese melts, 15-20 minutes. Top help the cooking process, cover the dish. Any other seasonings can be added if desired.
