SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, chopped 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Cook spinach and carefully drain off excess water. Place in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top of spinach. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. |
