SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 3 eggs 1/2 stick butter, cut sm. pieces 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 3 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. salt Mix cheeses, eggs and butter. Add spinach, flour and salt. Pour in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
