PRALINE COOKIES 
Graham crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan with whole graham crackers; set aside. Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil; boil 2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour over graham crackers and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut into bars and remove from pan immediately. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen bars. They freeze very well.
