ENCHILADAS 
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. vinegar
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cheese
Flour tortillas
Refried beans (optional)

Mix sauce, shortening, flour in pan. Slowly add water, chili powder, vinegar and salt. Brown hamburger and onions. Add cheese to meat. Dip shells in sauce. Fill with meat. Pour extra sauce over shells and top with more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
