BLENDER CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. milk 1/2 c. Bisquick 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 c. flaked coconut 1/2 tsp. salt Put all ingredients in blender at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a 9-inch floured and greased pie plate. Bake in center of oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 2 or 3 hours. It becomes golden brown on top. Really delicious. |
