1 pkg. macaroni cheese dinner
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar pimento, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni, following package directions. Drain, return macaroni to pan and immediately stir contents of cheese packet into hot macaroni. Blend well. In large bowl combine remaining ingredients with macaroni and toss with fork and season to taste. Chill thoroughly before serving.
