Have ready in large bowl: 12 oz. German chocolate, broken into pieces 2 c. nuts 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pt. marshmallow creme

Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture and beat until all chocolate is melted. Pour into pan and set overnight before marking.
