MAMIE E.'S FUDGE 
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 (4 oz.) pkgs. German Sweet Chocolate (do not substitute)
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
2 c. broken walnut meats
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tall can evaporated milk

Combine semi-sweet chocolate pieces and broken up sweet chocolate, marshmallow creme and walnuts in large bowl. Combine sugar, salt, butter and milk in large heavy saucepan. Heat to boiling, STIRRING CONSTANTLY using a wooden spoon. Boil 6 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour at once over chocolate mixture. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is creamy. Mixture will thicken suddenly. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Let stand a few hours to set and cool. Makes 5 pounds and will keep well in covered container several weeks.
