1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton vegetable soup
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts

Let broccoli thaw out. Cut water chestnuts into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together.
