CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. broiler or fryer chicken, cut up
2 c. crushed herbed stuffing mix
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and parsley. Dip chicken in melted butter, coat with stuffing mixture by rolling into mixture. Place skin sides up in ungreased baking pan 13x9x2 inches. Cover chicken with remaining stuffing mix and melted butter.
