CHICKEN PARMESAN 
6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 c. crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in a 9x13 inch glass pan. Dip chicken breasts in butter and roll into a mixture of stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Return chicken to glass pan in a single layer and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
