2 lg. cans pineapple tidbits
1 stick butter, melted
6 tbsp. self rising flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix sugar, flour, and a little of the juice and dissolve well. Add to other ingredients. Stir well. Pour into 2 quart greased casserole dish and add 1 sleeve of Town House or Ritz crackers, crushed and mixed with 1/2 stick melted butter. Spread on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 8.
