LEMON MUSHROOM DRESSING | |
1/2 lb. mushrooms 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. seasoned salt, or to taste 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Salad green Clean mushrooms and slice thinly from crown through stem. Combine oil, lemon juice, and seasonings in a jar. Shake well. Pour over sliced mushrooms. Cover and marinate 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Serve over torn salad greens. Makes 2 cups. |
