LEMON CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
Juice of 1 lemon and rind
2 tbsp flour
1 c. milk
Whites of 2 eggs

Cream the following: sugar, butter and egg yolks. Add lemon, flour and milk. Cook until thick and add stiffly beaten whites of 2 eggs. Pour into baked pie shell and garnish with whipped cream.

Makes a thick lemon pie and has a good lemon pie flavor.
