LEMON DESSERT 
24 graham crackers. Roll crackers. Take 1/2 cup for top of dessert. 1/2 cup melted butter mix with crumbs. Spread over bottom of a pan. 4 eggs, separated 1 scant c. sugar 1 pkg. lemon Jello

Make custard in double boiler. Add eggs and let boil until soft custard. Put Jello in and let cool. 1 pint whipping cream or I use a box of Cool Whip or Dream Whip. Put egg whites in mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Put rest of graham crackers on top before putting it in refrigerator.
