LEMON LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, soft
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix thoroughly and pat (spread) in 8 x 12 inch pan or near size. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes then cool.

2ND PART:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft

Mix thoroughly. Spread over 1st part.

3RD PART:

2 (3.4 oz. size) pkgs. lemon instant pudding mix
3 c. COLD milk

Beat to thick. Pour over 2nd part.

Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Coconut can also be used. Refrigerate.
