LEMON LAYERED DESSERT 
1st Layer:

1 stick butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients well. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.

2nd Layer:

1 c. whipped topping
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Mix all ingredients together and spread onto crust.

3rd Layer:

2 boxes instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Mix well. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top dessert with remaining whipped topping. Keep refrigerated until serving.
