4 LAYER LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Combine until crumbly. Press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

1 Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Chill 15 minutes. Pour over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
3 c. milk

Pour over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip

Sprinkle with nuts.
