1 reg. 7-Up (8 oz. - sm.)
4 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
Red food coloring
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 baked pie shell
Whipped cream
Strawberries for garnish

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and 7-Up. Cook and stir until thick. Let cool. Add red food coloring. Stir in sliced strawberries and pour into baked pie shell. Cover with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
