ONION-ROASTED POTATOES | |
1 env. dry onion soup 1/3 c. oil 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. marjoram 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 lb. potatoes, cut in quarters Mix dry onion soup, oil, butter and seasonings. Mix with potatoes in roasting pan. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 1 hour. Stir occasionally until tender and golden brown. |
