ROAST NEW POTATOES AND GARLIC 
1 lb. new potatoes (8 med., 10 sm.)
Bay leaves
Fresh thyme or rosemary
1 bulb garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper

Wash potatoes and place in earthenware dish. Add a few bay leaves and a few sprigs of thyme or rosemary. Separate the bulb of garlic into individual cloves. Do not peel. Sprinkle cloves around potatoes. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and garlic; season with salt and pepper and stir to blend. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until tender. Makes 4 servings.
