GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES 
8 sm. potatoes, peeled
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, peeled
1 tsp. rosemary
Salt & pepper

Boil potatoes about 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry. In a large pan, add enough oil to coat the bottom generously, then add potatoes in 1 layer. Add garlic, then toss potatoes to coat. Add rosemary. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turning potatoes occasionally until golden brown.
