DIFFERENT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter-flavored Crisco
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts

Combine sugars, salad oil and Crisco. Mix well. Add eggs and mix. Add vanilla. Sift flour and other dry ingredients. Add to shortening mixture. Add chocolate chips after processing in food processor for approximately 20 seconds. Add nuts finely ground. Drop by teaspoonsful on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
