TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes, baked and hulled
2/3 c. green onions
oleo
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/3 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
salt, pepper, garlic salt and garlic powder

Butter potatoes while hot and add the onions that have been sautéed in butter. Add mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic salt and garlic powder. Mix all ingredients together and put back into potato skins. Put in 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
