TRIPLE DECKER FUDGE PIE | |
1 pkg. Pillsbury fudge frosting mix 3/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 c. butter 1 tsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sour cream 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts In small mixer bowl combine 1 cup frosting mix with flour, salt, butter, water, vanilla and egg. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed until smooth. Spread on bottom and sides of prepared pan. In large mixer bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1 egg, 2 cups frosting mix and salt; beat 2 minutes at medium speed until smooth and creamy. Fold in nuts. Pour over unbaked crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes until filling is set. Cool completely. Mix remaining frosting mix with 1/2 cup sour cream and spread over cooled pie. |
