SEAFOOD 
1 lb. jumbo shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic
1 c. cooking sherry
2-3 tbsp. black pepper

Saute cut up garlic clove in butter. Add whole, unpeeled shrimp in pan. Add 1 cup sherry. Add pepper on shrimp, cover, turn down heat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Do not over cook shrimp.

May also add other shell fish: clams, oysters, mussels. Must steam them first then add to mixture to finish cooking.
