2 9" uncooked pie shells
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. spice mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk

In large mixing bowl place potatoes and heat on medium. Add sugar gradually. Add butter, then eggs one at a time continuing to heat on medium. Add spices and milk. Mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
