HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 can water-packed applesauce
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
1 (#2) can peaches
1 (#2) can pears
1 (#2) can plums
2 sliced bananas
Maraschino cherries
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Melt butter. Add sugar and applesauce. Heat through. Drain all fruit, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Place fruit in large baking dish. Pour in 3/4 cup juice. Add applesauce mixture to top. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Delicious with ham, duck, chicken or turkey for holiday buffets.
