WINE SAUCED HAMBURGER STEAK | |
Sauce for each 2 patties or steaks: 1/4 c. burgundy 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. minced onions, dried 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. butter Cook above ingredients in a saucepan on low to medium heat. Serve with hamburger (or steaks) and vermicelli. |
