SALMON LOAF CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1/3 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients. Mix well and place in a greased dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
