WALNUT-RUM PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dark or light corn syrup
3 1/2 tbsp. rum
1 c. coarsely chopped or broken walnuts
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Whipped cream

Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients, except last two, and mix well. Pour into shell. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven about 50 minutes. Cool and top with whipped cream.
