CRAB MEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 sm. green onion, chopped
8 oz. grated cheese
8 oz. can crabmeat, drained
9" pastry shell

Blend ingredients and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
