POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
3/4 c. raisins, chopped (optional)
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine biscuit mix, sugar and poppy seeds. Make a well in center of mixture; add remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until muffins test done. Yield 1 dozen.
