PORK CHOPS 
4 pork rib chops, cut 1" thick
1 c. vegetable juice cocktail
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Place pork chops in shallow glass baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make marinade. Mix well. Pour marinade over chops. Cover; marinate 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning chops occasionally. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Place chops on rack in broiler pan. Spoon half the marinade over chops. Broil at moderate temperature 4" from heat until chops are browned, about 15 minutes. Turn; spoon remaining marinade over chops. Broil until chops are done, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
