MOM'S CRANBERRY SAUCE CAKE 
16 oz. can cranberry sauce
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
Grated rind of 1 orange
3 c. flour
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise

Grease a Bundt or tube pan. Reserve 1/4 cup cranberry sauce for the frosting. Sift together all dry ingredients into large bowl. Add remaining cranberry sauce, nuts, mayonnaise and orange rind; mix well. Stir in orange juice and mix well.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done. Remove from pan. Cool. Frost.

CRANBERRY FROSTING:

In medium bowl, combine: 2 c. unsifted confectioners' sugar Reserved cranberry sauce

Beat until creamy.
