POORMAN'S LOBSTER | |
Melted butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring 1/4 tsp. D. C. Butter Salt 3/4 c. corn oil Yellow food coloring Place 1 pound pollock or haddock fillets in saucepan, cover with water and 2 tablespoons salt. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain, cover again with cold water and add 2 tablespoons white vinegar. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes; drain. Serve with Diet Center Butter Salt or lemon. Melted butter or Thousand Island dressing can be used on top. |
