IMITATION LOBSTER 
1 lb. frozen cod
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
Water
Melted butter

Put pound of frozen cod into a pan; cover with cold water. Put in the tablespoon of salt; bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain; cover cod with cold water. Add the tablespoon of vinegar; bring to a boil and simmer for 10 more minutes and drain.

At this point, you can break "block" of cod apart, dip it in melted butter, and eat as you would lobster. Or you can dot the fish with butter and broil for a few minutes, making sure you do not dry it out. Take out of broiler; dip it in butter and eat. Serves 2-4.
