IMITATION MRS. FIELD'S CHOCOLATE
CHIP COOKIES
 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oatmeal (powdered in blender)
2 oz. plain Hershey bar (grated in blender)
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. bag chocolate chips

Cream together, butter, sugar, brown sugar. Add egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix: oatmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Combine all above ingredients (except chocolate). Mix well. Add 6 ounce bag chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar.

Make golfball sized cookies. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 6-8 minutes at 375 degrees (double recipe if use large bag of chocolate chips).
