PINEAPPLE CRISP | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. Bisquick 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1/3 c. melted butter Drain pineapple and spread in 9-inch pie tin. Mix Bisquick, sugar, baking powder, egg, and butter. Spread above on pineapple. Sprinkle with a little extra sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8. |
