PINEAPPLE CRISP 
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk
2 oz. quick oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple (no-sugar variety)

Mix all ingredients except pineapple and blend well with pastry fork. Place 1/2 of mixture in pan. Put in pineapple and top with remainder of mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 20-25 minutes.

This recipe is awesome! The addition of non-fat dry milk powder was unusual but somehow it all worked out. I used way more of the oatmeal topping mixture than the recipe called for and baked it for about 15 minutes longer. Very nice taste; I will make this again!
