PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
1 box instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. cold water

Mix together.

TOPPING:

Mix together:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Grease and flour Bundt pan. Put 1/2 of the batter in pan, then sprinkle 1/2 the topping around the cake. Add rest of the batter, then sprinkle rest of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
