MINESTRONE SOUP, VIA HOLLAND | |
3 to 4 stalks celery, sliced 1 pkg. carrots, diced 2 lg. onions, chopped 2 to 3 potatoes, cubed (opt.) 2 cans tomato soup 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 can red kidney beans 1 lb. hamburger 1 c. macaroni, cooked, drained & rinsed Cook celery, carrots and onions until tender in large pot in about 1/2 gallon water (8 cups). Roll hamburger into tiny balls, or just crumble it up and stir in. Cook slowly until done - about 4 to 5 minutes. |
