WOLFEY'S SPECIAL CHILI | |
2 cans of tomato soup 2 cans of kidney chili beans 2 fresh peppers 1 onion 1 garlic quarter 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. hamburger In a saucepan, let the tomato soup, kidney beans and 2 cans of water simmer on low heat. In a separate frying pan, saute peppers, onions and garlic (sliced the way you like it) until soft. Add this to the saucepan of soup and beans. Then brown the hamburger, drain and add to saucepan. Let simmer for approximately 1 hour. For extra heat I like to add cajun spice as you cook. |
