BROOKVILLE COLE SLAW | |
1 lg. cabbage 2/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. white vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 c. whipping cream Shred cabbage fine and let stand for several hours. Mix sugar, vinegar, and salt and let stand at least 30 minutes. Fold in whipped cream and add to cabbage just before serving. (Can substitute Cool Whip, but cut down on sugar.) |
