BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
1 egg (med.)
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vegetable oil

In medium size bowl place all ingredients and stir well until mixed. In a hot skillet plate 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Then add 1/4 cup of batter into skillet. Flip pancake when browned and cook other side. Makes 8 medium size pancakes.
